Terms of Service

1. Who we are

KobenOS is a software-as-a-service platform for restaurant operations: point of sale, floor plan and table management, kitchen display, inventory, promotions and QR table ordering. These terms govern your use of the service at kobenos.com and app.kobenos.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, for the credentials and PINs you issue to your staff, and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Plans and billing

KobenOS is offered on monthly plans: Koben Lite (USD $329/month), Koben Standard (USD $499/month) and Koben Professional (USD $999/month). Each plan includes a specific set of features, described on our pricing page; the features available to your organization are determined by the plan you are subscribed to.

New organizations get a 7-day trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are stated in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are added where applicable. We may change prices with prior notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

4. Changing or cancelling

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes are prorated. You can cancel at any time and the service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling drops your organization to the free tier and premium features stop being available. [REVISAR: política de reembolsos]

5. Your data

The operational data you enter — menus, orders, inventory, staff records and customer details — belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. You can request an export or deletion of your data by writing to us.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use KobenOS to break the law, to store data you have no right to store, to attempt to access other organizations' data, to probe or overload the infrastructure, or to resell the service without a written agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We work to keep KobenOS available and running on Cloudflare's global network, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control can affect availability. [REVISAR: SLA y créditos por indisponibilidad, si se ofrecen]

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will notify you and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use KobenOS after a change means you accept it.
