Ring it in once. The rest just happens.

KobenOS is the point of sale that ties floor, kitchen, checkout, inventory and loyalty together. What your server rings in reaches the kitchen, deducts its ingredients and adds points to your guest’s card.

Talk to sales

Only want the loyalty program? KobenOS Loyalty Rewards works without a point of sale, from $250 a month. Ask us →

Before you start

Another question? Write to us and we reply within one business day.

01

Do my guests need to download an app for the loyalty card?

No. They scan a QR code and their digital card opens in the phone’s browser; if they like, they save it to Google Wallet. No downloads and no plastic cards.

02

Do I have to buy terminals or special hardware?

No. KobenOS runs on iPads, Android tablets, phones and any screen with a browser for the kitchen. It prints to 80 mm thermal printers over the local network or Bluetooth.

03

Do you charge a commission on every order?

No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and everything your restaurant bills stays with you.

04

How does recipe-level inventory deduction work?

You define each dish’s recipe card, for example 400 g of ribeye, 45 g of butter and 180 g of potato. Every sale deducts those amounts from stock and warns you at the reorder point.

05

What happens if the internet goes down mid-service?

Your servers keep opening tables and taking orders. Activity is saved on the device and syncs when the connection is back.

06

Is there a trial period?

Yes. It is 7 days with every feature and we do not ask for a card to start.

See it with your menu and your floor.

Tell us about your restaurant and we will show you KobenOS live. We reply within one business day.

  • 7-day free trial, no card required
  • We import your menu during onboarding
